The upgrade that broke our budget plan

Booked an interior on Bliss — budget trip, we weren't going to be in the room much anyway. Got to check-in and the agent asked if we wanted a complimentary upgrade to a balcony cabin. We said yes obviously. What followed was seven days of us sitting on that balcony every single morning with coffee, watching the sea, and completely restructuring our future cruise budget to include balconies always. We became balcony people in one trip. Cabin 7231 is a perfectly ordinary balcony room. It changed our lives.
